Celebrating Exalead Style!

Logos for Special Events Year-Round

Since the end of last year, Exalead has been dishing up customized logos in celebration of holidays and special events (all carefully selected and not picked with a dice roll by our Art Director, as rumor may hold).

Talk a walk down memory lane in viewing our archive of special event logos.

As always, we welcome your feedback!

Meet us for Lunch in Paris !

Far from the stress and daily aggravations of the workplace, come
escape with us to Place de la Madeleine for a taste of the delights of
Japan, of Italy, Lebanon… with all the Exalead team. Forget the tie and
3-piece suit: flip-flops sarongs, suntan lotion and WiFi laptops are more the nom. You thought you’d find us hunkered in our cubicles, nuking
frozen dinners in the microwave? To discover the truth about the
Exaleaders, sleuth the restaurants around Place de la Madeleine,
keeping an eye out for the suspiciously sandaled, even when it’s 10
degrees!

May the Force be With You !

A new battalion of servers arrives on the scene….

With the launch of the German and Spanish sites, it was time to beef up our server network. The new machines arrived a week ago. These reinforcements will enable maximum responsiveness for our search engine, while allowing us to add some fancy new features we may not have been able to add before. So engineers, time to let loose your creativity!

Exalead Salutes the Desert Samaritans

Crossing the desert to deliver school supplies to children

Exalead isn’t just a search engine, it’s a team of people, people engaged for causes in which they believe. People like Florian, R&D Engineer, who is participating in “Le Maroc en 4 L.” This is a project conceived by the members of an antique automobile club who decided to combine their passion with public service. On April 14-29, they will cross the Moroccan desert in their antique cars, braving desert sandstorms and scorpions to travel 2500 kilometers (1500+ miles) in 15 days to bring school supplies to children in 14 Moroccan cities.

Our hats are off to you! Good Luck 4L’ers!!!

Official Launch of Exalead in German and Spanish

After having consumed countless liters of coffee, our web team is a little red-eyed but very excited to announce the official launch of the German and Spanish language versions of the Exalead search engine. The sites were launched at the beginning of this year, and Exalead President François Bourdoncle celebrated by participating in a conference organized in Spain by OJOBuscador.

As with the French site, each local version of Exalead features a Feedback Site where users can share the ideas regarding their Exalead search engine.

We’re already warming up our coffee pots for the next round of new language versions, with Italian next on the list (not officially launched, but already accessible ).
